First Repeat Hair Test – April 2014

After 4 or 5 months working hard sticking to their program and with a dash of my program thrown in, I was surprised to get good results. It’s probably because I don’t feel that much better but things change so slowly that improvements aren’t obvious. Along with the test itself, I have included the Audio analysis so people can get a better idea of how these tests are interpreted. My mercury and lead excretion has increased so this is good. My core minerals like Calcium and Magnesium have also increased so this is also good. My supplement regimen has been changed slightly but everything else has stayed the same.

One thing I would like to mention is ‘retracing’. Retracing is when your body has what it needs to start dealing with old injuries whether they be emotional or physical. For about 4 weeks I was very much zombie like and was certain that the supplements were poisoning me or something. I think my adrenals decided they needed some time off and they went to sleep because I remember lying down occasionally and not being able to lift my arm up or leg up. I had seized. There were a few emotional ups and downs too and I was tempted to stop but once I understood retracing, I reacted as little as possible and just ‘watched’ these strange symptoms without panicking. Not reacting to all the things I used to react to is playing a huge role in my recovery. I’ll discuss that in the next post.

The link below will go to a PDF copy of my test. I have also taken 2 photos (quality not great) of the test and posted them further below so you can listen to the audio while looking at the test. Alternatively save the PDF to your computer and come back to open the audio. That might be easier.

Here is the accompanying audio interpretation with permission from Roger Lange. Roger is an approved practitioner for – Dr Wilson Hair Mineral Analysis and Nutritional Balancing.

Below is the upper and lower halves of the test. The circled ‘ I’s ‘ stand for ‘Improvement’. I recommend saving the above PDF as it’s much clearer.

I hope this gives you some idea of how Hair Tests are interpreted and that for severe long term cases, it takes months of being disciplined to get results. That’s not to say I fell off the wagon a few times. Carbo binges, overdoing things and the occasional beer did get consumed, but I always returned to the program.

Seeing these results gives me the encouragement to not only continue, but follow the program more closely. Here is what I have done the last 4 months:

Supplements customised to Hair Test, Strict diet based on meat and vege and no/low carbs, Spring or filtered water, Coffee enemas, Home made sauna and meditation/behaviour exercise. I also do a few other bits and pieces that I’ve picked up over the years. I check with my consultant as to whether these are okay to do.

You might have already tried these treatments, just as I had, and made no progress. The secret is how they all fit in with each other. It’s a holistic approach. You take full responsibility for your own health and do 99% of the work. We all want someone else to do it for us or give us a quick fix but this isn’t what this program is about. And I wouldn’t want it any other way because I have all the best tools and techniques for the rest of my life. I understand why I got sick and have a better idea of who I am and how I want to spend my life.
