All My Hair Tests

Most recent is at the top. My BLOG has latest overall updates.

HAIR TEST RESULTS

I’ve changed to Trace Elements and stopped Chelation Therapy due to being too slow and the inability to increase dosage. Back to ‘four lows’ on this test here mainly because I’ve been doing way more. Stressful to me but not to a healthy person. High lead also. These new tests should uncover the reasons why I couldn’t increase my Chelation doses after 45 rounds. DMPS 5mg, DMSA 5mg, and ALA 3mg.

Trace Elements Hair Test

Below is my 4th re-test dated April 2015. The improvements have been so slow it’s hard to recognise them. I’ve still got a lot of work to do but life is getting better. Overall, I’m in less pain, my mind is clearer, I’m tolerating more foods (the type I shouldn’t be eating), more emotionally resilient and a few other improvements. I’m able to do some work and life is slowly filling up. Maybe a year to 2 to go; I don’t really mind as there is no finish line. This Nutritional Balancing type of healthcare is a lifestyle and one I will always follow to some degree. I have faith in it. I don’t agree with everything Dr Wilson writes about but in general he knows a hell of a lot about how us humans work.

Below is my October 2013 Test. This is around the time I started to see some progress.

ReTest Oct2013

Below is one dated October 2010. For whatever reasons, I didn’t change whatever I was doing at the time. I didn’t understand the test and perhaps I wasn’t ready to get better.

Hair Test November 2010

The test below is my brother’s. When I did my one at the same time (2002), we wanted someone who was feeling great to act as a ‘control’, so we could compare. I was skeptical of the hair testing procedure. I think I took some supplements for a few months but didn’t change anything else, therefore I didn’t improve. Although my brother’s test isn’t perfect, it shows how important the four core minerals are in terms of feeling good. I look forward to the day when my ‘four lows’ consistently stay balanced.

Andy-2002

My first test, 2002, I was 28 yrs old and had been chronically burnt out for a few years. Hair tissue mineral analysis didn’t make sense to me. It seemed too expensive and alternative. I didn’t realise how awful my results were. Unfortunately I had a ton of more pain and suffering to go through before I was to turn the corner.

    Thank you for posting this.
I was considering switching from Arl to Tei lab, as It feels like i am not making much progress on NB…I am also in four lows, still there…I wanted to ask you: did you follow the program to the letter? Or did you change some part of it? Are you still out of the four lows?

    Thank you,

It is very discouraging to see little progress…

Hi Corrine, yes I’m still out of four lows (but due for another test) but both myself and a friend are very frustrated with lack of progress on NB. For the amount of work we put in, the results seem extremely slow. My friend eventually stopped after 2 years and I have added other modes of treatment like chelation therapy using Andy Cutler Protocol. NB has a lot of good therapies but I sometimes wonder whether the program is aggressive enough in this day in age. We found it impossible to follow the entire program month after month but gave it a damn good go. If you have heavy metals like mercury in your brain for instance, it can be very difficult getting them out unless you know what you are doing. I am also working at getting my B12 and Folate levels correct and I’m learning a lot from guys like Ben Lynch. This is to improve Methylation which is critical. Detoxing at the cellular level is crucial but the question is how best to do this. So I have made some progress and continue to make slow progress but I know I could be doing more and progressing faster. I’m not aware of the TEI tests. For me, to get out of ‘low four lows’ took a holistic approach and I examined every part of my life. Supplements, diet, emotional issues, bad habits etc. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I had mine done back in April and was also in the four lows. Im about to take another test and have been supplementing mainly with magnesium and potassium citrate, along with doing healthy Keto. How have you been progressing? I think I fell into the four lows because of an unhealthy lifestyle and became nutrient deficient, hoping keto fixes the IR so my body is more receptive to nutrients. hope all is well.

Hi Paul, I’m actually due to do another hair test to see where I’m at. I’m in much better shape thanks. Yes it takes some experimenting with food to get it right. And one diet may suit for while before you need other types of food. Hang in there and listen to your body as opposed to someone telling what you need to do. Good luck

Hi, i’m treating myself for chronic mercury poisoning. I’m doing chelation and have made some good progress after do9ing 30 cycles.

Perhaps Dr Wilson’s program wasn’t quite personalised enough for me. I still do the occasional coffee enema.

I don’t do the saunas anymore. I can’t they helped me but I think it’s worth a try for people even if it’s therapautic.

I haven’t been involved with Dr Wilson for years now. All the best with your recovery

Just want to throw my 5 cents in.
EMERAMIDE/OSR/NBMI for Mercury. There are a couple of FB groups. It’s no doubt the best thing I’ve used for hg. The proof is in the pudding (or HTMA).

        Good luck 🙂
